CHALLENGE
Communicate and market Ace’s new Key Center, partnered with Duracell and Hillman (maker of the key cutting machines), to franchise owners as well as create multichannel marketing assets targeted to their local consumers. Primary service points to convey were were – being less expensive than dealerships, covering nearly all consumer vehicles currently on the road and same day turnaround time.
SOLUTION
After extensive market analysis and concept iterations, a simple yet bold layout partnered with in-line branded copy was created. Upon initial concept approval multi-channel digital, web and print campaign assets were produced.
Feedback from the client was extremely positive and in the span of one year, sales of the Key Centers grew to over 60% of all Ace Hardware stores world wide.
