CHALLENGE
Client was looking for engaging consumer packaging for proposed athletic themed deodorant soap “Fight Club Soap,” targeted to nostalgic fans sports of professional boxing. The audience age range would be 35 to 65, being primarily men.
Client was looking for engaging consumer packaging for proposed athletic themed deodorant soap “Fight Club Soap,” targeted to nostalgic fans sports of professional boxing. The audience age range would be 35 to 65, being primarily men.
SOLUTION
After extensive research into the sport, the overall feel drew from bold typography and color palettes of old-time boxing posters was utilized. As the introductory product, Muhammad Ali would be the focal point and signature brand of a line up of other iconic boxers with their own uniquely scented soap. They would include – Jack Dempsey, Joe Louis, Rocky Marciano and Mike Tyson. The product got as far as the prototype stage and would later to be put on hold by the client.
