CHALLENGE
The Annual Fannie & Charles Penikoff Research Symposium, presented by the National MS Society, showcases the latest achievements in MS research, volunteer recognition, the chapter’s Annual Meeting and a Health & Wellness Expo. Each year medical experts at the forefront of MS research are invited  to speak and field questions. Previous sponsors include Genzyme, Biogen, Pfizer and Novartis. With over 500 attendees annually, its the largest research event of it’s kind in Illinois.

SOLUTION
For the event’s theme, inspiration was drawn from emerging design trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Clean and colorful abstract shapes best suited the theme, giving visual texture to the topic of medical research while combining the human element of real people living with MS, the overall design provided an upbeat, engaging feel for the event. Creative assets included: web banners, e-communications, presentation deck, direct mailers, event program, flyers and signage.
